Shipping policy

What are Clovendoe’s shipping costs?

We know that shipping heavy glass bottles can get expensive, so to help you out we offer a flat shipping fee of $10 no matter where you live in Australia or how many bottles of Clovendoe you buy.

 

What delivery service does Clovendoe Distilling Co. use?

We want our products to get to you as soon as possible, so we ship most of our orders with Aramex. On the odd occasion that the Aramex service cannot reach your delivery address, we use Australia Post to reach you.

 

How quickly is my order shipped?

We aim to get orders out the door as fast as we can, so any order received by midday (that’s Queensland time) are shipped daily between Monday and Friday.

Any orders received over the weekend or on Monday will be packed and shipped on Tuesday.

 

How long until I get my delivery?

Once our orders are out the door, then it’s over to Aramex. Normally it takes 3-5 business days for metro deliveries, or 5-10 business days if you’re further afield.

 

What if your delivery has taken longer than the dates suggested above?

 If you’re order hasn’t arrived in the expected timeframe and you’re really getting impatient, then please reach out to us via hello@clovendoe.com so we can ensure that nothing has gone astray with your precious cargo.

 

How do I track my package?

Once your package is packed and ready to shit, we will send you a confirmation email that will include tracking link. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We get asked that a lot! If you would like to send our goods to an international address then please send email us at hello@clovendoe.com with the details of the products you would like to order and the international shipping address. We are most happy to assess the shipping costs and confirm these with you.


What do I do if there is a breakage in my delivery?

Our bottles are pretty solid but accidents do happen. Our shipping providers will normally contact us if a breakage has occurred and we will send a replacement. If there is an issue with your order then just drop us a note at hello@clovendoe.com and we will sort you out.

I’ve placed my order, but my shipping details are incorrect. How can I change my details?

Please email hello@clovendoe.com immediately with your order number and your correct shipping details and we will try to fix up your details before it is dispatched.
